Steve Cantrell joined Sage Technologies as President in 2019 and a retired US Marine Corp Lieutenant Colonel and Combat Pilot. After his retirement from military service, he led several large businesses in the infrastructure, construction, and telecommunications fields. He is well known as a results-oriented Executive with a proven record of maximizing shareholder value and creating sustainable competitive advantage. Mr. Cantrell holds a BSME, an MBA and a PhD ABD.

Mr. Lobel has over 30 years of financial accounting and management in public and private companies. He held previous roles as VP of Administration, CFO and Treasurer.
He is a retired Colonel in the US Army with thirty years in active and Reserve Service.

Mr. Sheridan has over 4 decades of senior technical and project management as well as extensive systems and technical design/development experience in product design and development for advanced systems technology programs.

Scott Hisey is the Chairman of the Board and a major shareholder at Sage Technologies. Mr. Hisey has more than three decades of experience leading and organically growing telecommunications service companies. Prior to founding QualTek where is he the current Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, he was a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Philadelphia based Trident Advisors, a firm specializing in US and international acquisitions targeting the telecommunications industry. Earlier in his career, Scott ascended the ranks from field technician to President and Chief Operating Officer in the cable and satellite communications industries. Scott enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1983 where he served for 5 years before receiving his Honorable Discharge in 1988 as a Disabled Veteran. Mr. Hisey also serves as Chairman of the Board for FiOptix LLC, a fiber construction company.
